Hydraulic cylinders
Hydraulic cylinder is a working element of many industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. It converters working fluid energy into mechanical energy of reciprocating motion.
Extension and retraction of the hydraulic cylinder rod is controlled by hydraulic valves of manual, electromagnetic, and other types of control. In this case, the working fluid is alternately supplied to the rod and piston cavities of the cylinder.
According to the principle of operation, hydraulic cylinders can be:
- unilateral action: the return movement of the moving element is carried out under the action of the return mechanism. A spring can serve as such a mechanism. The force of a cylinder of this type is less than that of a double-sided one: the mechanism must overcome the resistance of the spring;
- double-acting: the rod moves in both directions due to the creation of pressure of the working fluid;
- telescopic: are several cylinders that are “inserted” into each other. They are used in cases where it is necessary to provide a long stroke with small initial dimensions of the cylinder itself. They are available for both single-acting and double-acting.
"Motorimpex" company offers you manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders of single-acting and double-acting action with various mounting options at reasonable price.
