Production of high-pressure hoses (hoses for hydraulics)
We supply large quantities of all the necessary components and equipment for the production of high-pressure hoses to the Ukrainian market. In our catalog you can find:

Certified production of HPH
Along with a large stock of hoses and connecting fittings, we have three workshops for the serial production of hose assemblies. We also produce analogs or create single high-pressure hose of unique configuration according to individual specifications.
In 2020, we documented that we produce high-pressure hoses (HPH) assemblies in accordance with the relevant standards for installation and operation. The main one is DSTU ISO 1307:2009, which regulates three provisions: hose dimensions; maximum and minimum diameters; and tolerances for measured hose lengths. This is the international standard ISO 1307:2006, adopted as a national standard.
In addition, the production process in the HPH workshop must comply with TU U 22.1-30037600-002:2020. This is a newer document that sets out the technical conditions for the manufacture of HPH in Ukraine.
High-pressure hoses from Motorimpex
Our high-pressure hose department has been in existence since 2001. In cooperation with our European partners, we have studied the provisions of the international standard ISO 1307:1992 and have been following its provisions. Since 2009, we have been engaged in mass production. Our high-pressure hydraulic hoses and accessories meet all standards and requirements.
