Payment and delivery

1. Payment methods

• Bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer is available for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. After placing an order, you will receive an invoice that can be paid at any bank or through your bank account.

2. Delivery conditions

We work with leading logistics companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your orders:

• Delivery within Ukraine: We deliver throughout Ukraine via courier services such as «Nova Poshta» or other reliable partners. The delivery time usually ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. For payments made before 3:00 PM, the goods will be shipped the same day.
• International delivery: We also offer international delivery options. The terms and cost of delivery outside Ukraine are discussed individually with each client.

3. Delivery cost

The delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of logistics companies and depends on the weight and dimensions of the goods, as well as your location. For large orders, delivery may be free (please contact our engineers for details).

4. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.

5. Self-pickup

You can also pick up your order in person from our warehouse by prior arrangement. For self-pickup details, please contact our engineers.
