Development and production of mobile filtering units
Hydraulic oils used in industry and on mobile equipment are supplied in barrels or cans, which may contain abrasive particles of a sufficiently large size. In this initial form, oils are not suitable for operation of almost any hydraulic system, since the durability of its operation directly depends on the purity of the oil used. Therefore, when refueling hydraulic systems with a working fluid, it is advisable to use mobile filtering units (MFU), which provide the necessary class of oil purity for trouble-free operation of the system, increase the life of the components of the hydraulic system and minimize equipment downtime.
Using MFU you provide your system with longer term of work and minimize expencesses for its service. As a result, in most cases, you do not encounter a failure of hydraulic equipment and production downtime.
Using MFU don’t have any industry restrictions. You can use it in any branch of industry and on any type of mobile equipment where there are both standard and non-standard hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, test benches, cooling units, etc.
Depending on the volume of the hydraulic tank, the corresponding types of MFU are used.
Mini-MFU
Mini-MFU (MMFU) are mobile filtering units with cartridge (can) low-pressure filter used to clean the working fluid in mini-units and compact power packs, volume of tank which does not exceed 200 liters. From MFU line, manufactured by "Motorimpex", Mini-MFU is the smallest, which gets her some benefits when using in ard-to-reach parts of industrial facilities and mobile equipment. The obligatory complete set of MMFU ... includes an indicator of contamination of the filter element, which allows timely replacement.

Mobile-filtering unit MFU1 type
MFU1... are used for filling medium-sized hydraulic systems with working fluid: to 1000 liters. This units includes one filter with high dirt capacity level. Also it contains filter element dirt capacity indicator, which allows timely replace it. Mobile-filtering units MFU1… type can be additionally equipped with ICM 2.0 class cleanliness sensors, which allow real-time monitoring of the cleanliness class of the oil entering the tank.
Transportation easiness of installation is realized due to the design with wheels and handles, which allow the service engineer easily move MFU1… to hydraulic systems which are placed at different areas at the scale of large production capacities (fleets of mobile equipment).

MOBILE-FILTERING UNITS MFU2
MFU2 ... are used for big hydraulic systems (with tank volume more than 1000 liters), includes two filters with high dirt capacity level:
— first filter rough cleaning,
— second — fine cleaning,
it allows to reach the highest working fluid filtration level.
Indicators of contamination of filter elements for their timely replacement are included in standard set.
The ease of transportation of the connection unit is embodied by the design with wheels and handles that allow the service engineer to easily move the MFU2 ... to hydraulic systems located at different sites on the scale of large production facilities or mobile equipment fleets. An additional option for mobile filtering units used for large hydraulic systems is the installation of an ICM 2.0 cleanliness class sensor, which allows monitoring the change in the oil cleanliness class during filtration.
