We present an overview of mobile filtering unit (MFU) from "Motorimpex"
The mobile filtering units developed by the Motorimpex design bureau are used for cleaning and filling hydraulic systems.
We have mass-produced MFU at the Motorimpex Production Enterprise since the beginning of 2018.
→ We recommend using the MFU1 model with a filter of increased dirt capacity for hydraulic systems with a tank volume of up to 1000 liters. With a hydraulic pump capacity of 40 l/min, you filter 1000 liters of working fluid in 25 minutes.
Depending on the initial condition of the oil, several filtration cycles may be required.
We surely install a pollution sensor — with it you will be warned in advance about the need to replace the filter element.
An option for MFU1 is the installation of an ICM sensor to monitor the purity class of the oil entering the tank in real time.
The design with wheels and handles allows the service engineer to easily move MFU1 through large production facilities or fleets of mobile equipment.
→ Model MFU-mini with quick change filter element was developed for hydraulic systems with volume up to 200 litres.
With a hydraulic pump capacity of 10 l/min, you filter 200 liters of working fluid in 20 minutes.
Re-filtration may be necessary to clean very contaminated oil.
Dimensions MFU-mini greatly facilitate the connection to the hydraulic system in remote areas of industrial enterprises and mobile equipment.
The obligatory complete set of MMFU includes an indicator of pollution.
An option for the MFU is the instalation of 12 W inverter.
Available degree of hydraulic fluid filtration: 3, 6, 10, 16 and 25 mkm.
The components for MFU are supplied from Itlian manufacturers “MP filtri” and “Oleodinamica Mozioni”.
