We certificated high-pressure hoses manufactured by us
We have documented that our high-pressure hoses assemblies (HPH) in accordance with relevant standards.
The main standard is DSTU ISO 1307:2009. It regulates three provision: hoses size, maximum and minimum diameters, hoses length tolerances. It is international standard ISO 1307:2006 adopted as national.
In addition to it, the production process in the HPH workshop must comply with TU U 22.1-30037600-002: 2020. This is the newest document that fixes the technical conditions for the manufacture of high pressure hoses in Ukraine.
Our HPH department is existence since 2001. While working with European partners, we learned the provisions of the international standard ISO 1307:1992 and were equal to its provisions. From 2009 we have been engaged in serial production.
Our experience interested the compilers of Ukrainian technical specifications — our engineers advised them to write TU U 22.1-30037600-002: 2020: “Gum hoses in assembly. Technical mind".
