Traditionally, for the sixth year in a row, the "Motorimpex" company continues to strengthen the position of farmers in the desire to harvest without problems, participating in the thematic exhibition "Agro" .
This year, the 31st international exhibition “Agro-2019” was held on the territory of the Kiev exhibition of economic achievements of Ukraine, where representatives of the agricultural sector of Ukraine and suppliers of agricultural equipment for its needs gathered.
The hydraulic equipment presented by Motorimpex is used to modernize agricultural machinery, and increases the capacity, convenience, and service life of:
— hydraulic pumps for making pressure of mineral oil 160, 250, 350 bar and higher,
— hydraulic motors for transmitting torque,
— directional control valves and joysticks for smooth and precise control of attachments,
— hydraulic accumulators to maintain the necessary pressure and damping of water hammers,
— relief valve to maintain equipment safety
— oil heat exchangers for maintaining the temperature of the hydraulic system in working condition
— filters to prevent contaminants from entering the system and reduce efficiency,
— components for assembling of hydraulic power units: manifolds, oil gauges, fillers, breather filters and pressure measuring points.
A lot of attention was drawn to the system developed by Motorimpex for controlling the front loader. In the presented solution, two handles for moving the valve spools are replaced by one joystick, which increases the smoothness of movement and the accuracy of positioning of the loader’s working bodies, and hydraulic shocks and pressure surges are suppressed using two hydraulic accumulators. It is also possible to connect the jaw grip.
Special attention of visitors, our hydraulic engineers paid attention to the need for filtering hydraulic oils: when refueling the hydraulic system from barrels and cleaning from mechanical impurities of already used oil, which extends the life of hydraulic units installed at the facility. This problem is due to the fact that the oil supplied in barrels often does not correspond to the required cleanliness class for the smooth operation of the hydraulic drive, and particles of contaminants that adversely affect further work constantly fall into the oil already operated by the system.
To demonstrate the final solution, two models of Mobile filtering units (MFU) were presented at the stand: mini-MFU with the recommended volume of liquid for cleaning up to 50 l and MFU1, with the recommended amount of cleaning from 200 to 1000 l.
During the exhibition, we managed to answer questions personally and make an offer to 657 representatives of the agricultural sector. There is a tendency: interest in the use and updating of hydraulic equipment does not stop, and the required level of special technical solutions is growing.
