Pressure shut-off valves UZOP ... NHY with displacement hysteresis allows to adjust the pressure fall in the range of 17% – 50% of the valve opening pressure of the settings.
This functionality allows you to adapt the hydraulic valve for any hydraulic system.
Pressure shut-off valve UZOP is commonly used for discharging the flow from the pump to drain the tank when the pressure in the accumulator reaches the set maximum value.
For example, after switching by the action of the set pressure of 100 bar, the valve reconnect unloaded hydraulic pump after a pressure drop in the accumulator on the hysteresis value from 83 bar (100 bar – 17%) to 50 bar (100 bar &ndash ; 50%) – depending on the setting.
The principle of operation of the valve discharge
Hydraulic fluid flows from port P through the check valve (3) into port A (hydraulic accumulator supply). Upon reaching the set pressure on the regulator (6), opens a control valve (2).
Fluid flows from port P through a cascade of the orifices (8) and (9) to the pilot oil drain T (or Y). As a result of pressure drop acting on the spool (4) of the main valve (1), the spool (4) lifts off its seat against the spring tension (7) and opens the connection from P to T. Check valve (3) at that moment is closed, and the pressure in the channel a is not reset to the port T. the control (pilot) valve (2) closes as soon as the pressure in port A drop to adjust the value of the tappet (5).
As a result, controlling the flow of oil through the nozzle stage (8) and (9) is cut off and the spool (4) of the main valve (1) closes the flow to the drain valve TA is reset – flow continues to move from channel P to channel A (supply to the pressure accumulator).

Set up before running
– tappet (5) is unscrewed to a maximum end position;
– set relief pressure (the high working pressure) via a regulator (6) and the fixed position by the screw (12);
– with the tappet (5) set the pressure load (the lowest working pressure) and fixed locknut (13).
