Our academy was established as a platform for sharing practical engineering knowledge with partners, clients, and future professionals.
We provide training on the proper operation, diagnostics, and effective use of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment in industrial and mobile applications. The programs are structured around real-world technical challenges: from the basic principles of component operation to system analysis, troubleshooting, and selecting optimal solutions. The training helps participants better understand the equipment, make technical decisions more quickly, and work with engineering systems with greater confidence.
At Motorimpex Academy, we conduct professional seminars for specialists who work with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Before the training, we take into account the participants’ level of preparation, their specific tasks, and the characteristics of the equipment they work with. This allows us to make the program practical and useful for their daily work.
The Academy has already become a place where complex technical topics are explained clearly, and knowledge is immediately applied in practice.
We strive not only to teach how to work with equipment, but also to foster a technical culture that helps companies improve the reliability, efficiency, and safety of their engineering systems.

Motorimpex Educational Laboratories at Universities
Educational initiatives by the Motorimpex Academy of Hydraulics and Pneumatics are increasingly being implemented at technical universities across Ukraine. Ukraine’s first Motorimpex Educational and Research Center for Hydraulic Systems was opened in the fall of 2024 in collaboration with the NULES in Kyiv.
In September 2025, a laboratory was opened at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, and in March 2026, another was opened at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
For these projects, we provided over 100 demonstration cutaways of hydraulic components, educational materials, and demonstration stands.
In the fall in Kharkiv, we served as the general partner and mentor for the Underground Tech Hackathon for students. After the event concluded, we hired one of the participants to join our export department.
We are currently working on training laboratories at the National Forestry University of Ukraine (Lviv) and the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, which we plan to open in the near future.
