Directional control valves with manual control
The manual hydraulic distributor controls the direction of the working fluid in the hydraulic systems of special equipment and machine tools. Oil under pressure, directed into one or another cavity of the working bodies, moves the actuators of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. No excavator, grader or manipulator is complete without manually operated hydraulic distributors.
Principle of action
In the neutral position, the control spool is held by the springs in the middle position. What comes from the unregulated pump, he pours the oil into the tank, and from the adjustable — closes. When the operator moves the locking and adjusting element forward or backward with the handle, the liquid goes to the working body and causes it to move. At the end of the impact on the handle, the springs return the spool to its original state. If the handle needs to be held for several minutes or hours, position clamps are ordered as part of the valve.

Types of connection to the hydraulic system
— Threaded, in any position: adapters of hoses or tubes are screwed in carving ports of the case
— Butt, in any position: the side of the distributor housing with the ports is close to the corresponding side of the mounting plate.
Remote control
When the valve is located in a hard-to-reach or hidden place, it is more convenient to control it remotely. For this purpose joysticks by means of cables of the corresponding length are connected to the presented distributors.

Reliable due to simple design and ease of operation. Indispensable in mechanisms where, for safety reasons, an electric drive cannot be used. Work at low and high temperatures: –30 °С ... 70 °С.
