A filtration unit is a stationary or mobile system, the main purpose of which is dehydration, filtration and filtration of working fluids in hydraulic structures, as well as the removal of acids from them.

Structurally, the degasser consists of 2-3 modules that contain power supply and pumping equipment, as well as a place for the operator and control equipment.

The filtration station is used for:

  • moisture removal using the “vacuum drying” mode; or by the coalescent method;
  • removal of acids from the working fluid and decomposition derivatives;
  • removing oil from water;
  • dehydration, filtration and purification of insulating transformer oils.

The operating principle of filtration systems is as follows. The oil can be heated to a temperature of 60℃, after which it is processed in a vacuum chamber. As a result – Remaining water and gas contained in the oil are removed.

Benefits of use

filtration equipment provides:

  • monitoring the content of industrial gases and air in the working fluid and their subsequent removal;
  • timely cleansing of oil from various contaminants;
  • removal of liquid and moisture without overdrying;
  • permanently maintaining the purity class of the working fluid;
  • high level of efficiency.

The following types of filtration devices are presented in our online store:

  • IXU ion exchange units, which purify working fluids from acidic decomposition products resulting from hydrolysis and oxidative processes.
  • OLSW systems for removing water from oil and water-based fluids.
  • FAM equipment equipped with a filtration system that functions as a “vacuum dryer.”
  • TCU filter units used for round-the-clock operation in operating transformers and high-quality filtration, filtration and removal of moisture from insulating oils.
  • Hydac systems for purification of lubricating and hydraulic working fluids in bypass lines.
