Hydraulic unloading valve UZOP...NHY with adjustable hysteresis allows you to adjust the pressure drop in the range 17% — 50% from setting the valve response pressure
Such functionality allows to adapt this hydraulic valve to any hydraulic power unit.
Discharge valve UZOP type is usually used to unload the flow from the hydraulic pump to the tank if the pressure in the accumulator reaches the set maximum value.
For example, after triggering under the action of a setting of 100 bar, the valve will reconnect the unloaded hydraulic pump after the pressure drop in the accumulator by the hysteresis value: from 83 bar (100 bar – 17%) to 50 bar (100 bar – 50%) — depending on a settings.

Principle of operation of unloading valve
Hydraulic fluid is pumped through port P, then through the check valve (3) to port A for accumulator power. When pressure is reached on regulator (6), control valve opens (2).
Fluid flows from the port P through a cascade of nozzles (8) and (9) to an external drain Y. As a result of pressure difference, which acts on the spool (4) of the main valve (1). The spring is compressed thereby opening the fluid path from port P to T. Check valve (3) is closing at the moment, while pressure in port A is not released to port T. Control (pilot) valve (2) closes right after pressure in port A drops to the setting value on the control element (5).
As a result, the control oil flow through the nozzle cascade (8) and (9) is cut off, and the main valve (1) spool closes the flow to discharge T. The valve returns to its original position — the flow continues to move from channel P to channel A (supply to hydraulic accumulator).
Execution of the unloading valve with electric control is possible:
— UZOPW version with discharge when the current on the valve (11): UZOPW…A;
— UZOPW version with discharge when the current off the valve (11): UZOPW…В.
Pre-launch setup
— the adjusted element (5) is unscrewed to the maximum end position;
— discharge pressure (upper working pressure) is set up using the regulator (6) and position is fixed by the screw (12);
— adjusted element (5) sets the load pressure (down working pressure) and fixes with a lock nut (13).
