Comprehensive solution for presses — Automatic hydraulic control system

When a company needs three 90 kW presses to operate accurately and consistently, the solution must be thought out down to the smallest detail.

That is why we approached the task comprehensively: from the hydraulic power supply to operator convenience.

The basis was an oil station designed for specific operating modes. We developed a custom control cabinet for it — and if it looks compact in the video, that's just an illusion. In reality, it is about 180 cm high.

And to make daily operation comfortable, we created a separate control panel: compact, logical, and focused on quick actions in the work process.

As a result, the customer received not separate components, but a single complete system that supports stable production every day.
