Powerful Hydraulic System — From Design to a Ready-to-Use Solution

For this project, the MOTORIMPEX team designed and manufactured a hydraulic power unit for an industrial press featuring three pump circuits, a hydraulic manifold, and a separate filtration unit.

The total flow rate of the hydraulic power unit is up to 535 l/min:
🔹 Н1 — 390 l/min,
🔹 Н2 — 15 l/min,
🔹 Н3 — 130 l/min.

The system is powered by three electric motors rated at 90, 5.5, and 7.5 kW. The maximum relief valve setting is 31.5 MPa (315 bar), while the nominal reservoir capacity is 1,200 L.

A hydraulic manifold with a working flow rate of 390 l/min was manufactured separately and equipped with a relief valve set to 100 bar. The system also includes a dedicated filtration unit for conditioning the hydraulic fluid..

As a result, we delivered a complete hydraulic solution for the press, with all key components of the hydraulic system selected and manufactured in accordance with the specific requirements of the project.
