Serial production of hydraulic power units by the Motorimpex production enterprise
We made a series of eight oil stations in 15 working days — from calculations, selection of components and modeling by the design office, to tests of finished hydraulic stations at the Motorimpex Production Enterprise.
Pressure rating: 270 bar.
Tank volume: 100 liters.
Components for the production of hydraulic power units are available at the warehouse of the Motorimpex trading company:
— electromagnetic directional control valves, hydraulic locks and tile mounted throttles from the manufacturer "Oleodinamica Mozioni",
— mounting plate for them, throttles, safety and check valves for pipe mounting — “Oleodinamica Marchesini”,
— plate on the lid of the tank — of our own design and manufacture of Motorimpex company according to customer needs,
— hydraulic accumulator “Epoll”,
— pressure relay “Atos”,
— cartridge valves and mounting plates for them — "Luen",
— hand pump “Badestnost”,
— return filter, filler and visual-electric oil indicator of the manufacturer "MP Filtri".
