Stationary Test Bench in Action: Another Example of Practical Application

Our stationary test bench is a versatile solution for testing not only hydraulic units but also a wide range of hydraulic system components. Its capabilities allow us to perform various types of tests depending on the task and the customer’s requirements.

One of the test stand’s applications is the break-in of hydraulic motors and pumps under specified operating conditions. This is exactly the process we carried out for one of our clients, as shown in the video.

During testing, key operational parameters of the equipment are monitored:
🔹 direction and stability of rotation;
🔹 operating pressure;
🔹 presence of leaks;
🔹 heating;
🔹 behavior of the hydraulic motor under load.

This approach ensures that the component is fully ready for operation, minimizes risks during subsequent equipment startup, and guarantees its stable operation under specified conditions.
