Visit by the International Labor Organization

A strong economy isn’t just about numbers and strategies — it’s built directly on the shop floor. That’s why it’s important for us to showcase how the Ukrainian machine-building industry operates today, what approaches are being implemented, and how the manufacturing culture is evolving.

Recently, the MOTORIMPEX team hosted representatives from the International Labor Organization (ILO). As an active member of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, we gave our guests a tour of the facility and showed them our production operations from the inside: workshops and work areas, the organization of work processes, safety protocols, and modern operating principles.

The meeting took place as part of the ILO’s “Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work” initiative. We discussed what is particularly important for Ukrainian industry today:

🔹 developing and retaining human capital;
🔹 increasing productivity and implementing lean manufacturing;
🔹 the digitalization of production processes;
🔹 the integration of veterans and internally displaced persons into the workplace;
🔹 European approaches to occupational safety and the inclusion of Ukrainian enterprises in European supply chains.

For MOTORIMPEX, productivity is not just a measure of efficiency. It is the company’s ability to grow, create jobs, invest in people, and remain resilient even under challenging conditions.

We thank the ILO representatives for the substantive dialogue and the opportunity to exchange experiences. We share our own practices, adopt the best ones, and continue to work on the development of Ukrainian manufacturing and the economy.
