The Automatic Centralized Lubrication System (ACLS) of the drum pelletizer consists of two independent circuits, providing a high level of lubrication and ease of maintenance:
1. Powerful electrically driven pumping station for:
- two-line lubrication system for the support roller bearings,
- outboard pinion bearing,
- bearing of thrust roller.
2. Pneumatic Grease Pump designed for:
- spray metod's lubrication of the rolling surface of the thrust roller and drive ring gear,
- refueling in automatic mode of the pumping station with electric drive.
The pump is equipped with a manual lifting mechanism, which allows replacing an empty drum by the efforts of one worker.
The control unit allows to set separate parameters for each lubrication point, and the system operation in fully automatic mode.
