The Automatic Centralized Lubrication System (ACLS) of this series is employed for lubricating the gear reducers of the belt conveyor drive at the quarry (Northern GOK).
The operation of the lubrication units is monitored from the central control panel. In real-time mode, the operator tracks the working temperature of the lubricating fluid and the actual fluid level in the tank as a percentage on the scale. The system automatically controls heating and cooling, monitors the actual pressure in the system, and activates an emergency alarm if the permissible pressure drops below the specified limit.
