Filters for hydraulic oils
Filters for hydraulic oils are elements of hydraulic systems which cleans working fluid (mineral or synthetic oils) from mechanical impurities and blockages, so that filters are necessary and irreplaceable. High characteristics of the hydraulic oil improve the performance and strength of all hydraulic components.
Main types of hydraulic filters:
- Pressure filters which sets right after the pump (full pump flow filtration — main flow filters) or branch circuit (bypass filters) directly in front of the protected component;
- Suction filters provide coarse cleaning, protecting the pump in the hydraulic system from sufficiently large contaminants;
- Return filters provide coarse cleaning, protecting the pump in the hydraulic system from sufficiently large contaminants;
- Filling filters help to remove contaminants that get inside when filling the tank;
- Breather filters are the safety oils in the hydraulic tank to prevent contaminants from entering and exiting the air.
Types and application of filtration systems
- Partial flow is installed, the filter is installed using a hydraulic oil supply system;
- Full-flow filter element is installed directly into the hydraulic system, passing all the working fluid through itself. This device must include a bypass valve which is installed either inside the filter or in its casing.
- Combined contain the properties of both systems. This approach provides the highest cleaning performance for hydraulic oil.
In the range of the Motorimpex company, you can order filters for hydraulics of all types:
- suction;
- pressure head;
- linear;
- drain;
- drain/suction;
- cartridge;
- moisture-absorbing;
- with backwash;
- pollution indicators.
