Category description
Controlling the direction of the working environment in the hydraulic system is a task for which you need to buy hydraulic valve with position sensor. Changing the vector of motion of the fluid allows you to change the direction movement of the receiver piston of the cylinder, as well as the hydraulic motor. Operating principle
The structural elements of the device are:
- Frame;
- Electromagnets;
- Control spool;
- Control springs;
- Emergency pushers.
The valve comes into action when the spool changes its position, moving to the end position under the influence electromagnet. The springs provide a return to the starting position. The distance between the edges of the spool determines changing the configuration between the chambers for connecting the power supply, draining the oil into the tank, connecting the receiver.
In the event of an accident, the spool is moved manually by means of a special button on the used in Ukraine hydraulic distributors with sensors. Therefore, it is advisable to carry out the installation in such a way that provide access to the mechanism when such situations are likely to occur.
Manual duplication
If it is not possible to connect to the mains, there is an option to move the spool in manual mode, by means of a special handle or pusher.
Hydraulic connection types

- Butt, when the side of the valve is in contact with the side of the mounting plate;
- Threaded, by screwing into threaded ports.
